GENERATORS AT THE INDONESIAN SATU/INDONESIA-1 TWIN TOWERS COMPLEX

Thursday, October 17th, 2019

FG Wilson Asia acts as a powerful hub to work together with dealers on major projects. A recent contract has involved the supply of 8 x 2000 kVA generator sets for standby power in one of Indonesia’s most iconic structures, the Indonesia Satu / Indonesia-1 twin towers complex which is currently under construction in Jakarta’s Central Business District. Each generator set has been installed with customised enclosures to ensure low operating noise of 75 dBA at one metre and the units can operate in island mode or parallel with the grid. The tower is expected to be completed by 2021. After completion, this will be the tallest twin tower in Indonesia. The towers will have offices, retail space, condominiums and service apartments. Both the towers are 303 metres high, but the North tower has 65 and South tower 60 floors.
